Annelie Levenbach
was ten years old when the Germans invaded the Netherlands. She lost her parents in the Holocaust. She later married Chanan Tal.

Chanan Tal

was ten years old when Germany occupied the Netherlands. His sister Ruth and his father died in the Holocaust. He later married Annelie Levenbach. Chanan is No’omi Tal’s brother.

No’omi Tal

is Chanan’s sister. She was seven years old when the Germans occupied Amsterdam. Her twin sister, Ruth, and her father did not survive the Holocaust. She later married Ab Reiner.

Avraham Reiner,

Ab for short, was eleven years old when the Germans invaded Amsterdam. He lost his father, his Aunt Eva and almost all of his other relatives in the Holocaust. He later married No’omi Tal.

In the 1950s, Annelie and Chanan emigrated to Israel with No’omi and Ab. Ab changed his surname: Reiner became Rinat.
